My diverse research experiences include projects like Avocado Extra Virgin Oil & Avocado Tea, Coconut Milk, and Cold Press Virgin Coconut Oil, showcasing my expertise in various aspects of food processing. I've also been involved in export ventures, sending Avocado fresh fruits to the United Kingdom and contributing to the coconut industry's growth.
As a consultant, I've played a crucial role in the food industry's development, focusing on dairy, coconut milk, coconut water, and beverage sectors. My work includes training and support to obtain ISO standards and various certifications like Organic (EU, JAS, USDA), BRC, IFS & FDA Global Standards.
Foreign training experiences in Thailand, India, and China have added to my skills, making me a Formulation Scientist for cosmetics, a Yoghurt machinery expert, and well-versed in chemicals and ingredients.
In my extensive working experience, I've been part of key projects with Milk Industries of Lanka, NMK Group, and Ceylon Biscuits Limited, handling everything from raw milk reception to final product processing.
My role as a consultant for special projects further demonstrates my commitment to community development and sustainable agriculture, building farmer societies, creating buy-back agreement systems, and overseeing quality management in various coconut processing ventures.
