Attorney Dinendra Senarathne

Attorney Dinendra Senarathne brings invaluable expertise to plantations agri value chain management through his extensive legal career, specializing in Labour Law, Industrial Law, Arbitration, and Property Law since 2005. A product of St Sylvester’s College in Kandy, Senarathne has cultivated a successful legal journey, becoming an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.

With a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Masters of Laws in Information Technology and Intellectual Property from the University of East Anglia, UK, Senarathne's academic background enriches his legal acumen. His participation in the Erasmus program saw him pursuing a Diploma in Transnational Law at the University of Deusto, Spain, focusing on the general problems of transnational law and its implications for companies in international trade.

Senarathne's present practice in the Kandy Jurisdictional Zone and Suburbs aligns with his role as the Assistant Secretary of the Kandy Bar Association from 2021 to 2023. His involvement as a member of the overseas committee and National law conference committee of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka, coupled with key positions in social service societies, highlights his commitment to legal excellence and community service.
